Micro Support Group is proud to provide information technology support to a growing number of successful community banks. In our role we support the in-house IT group and company security officer by maintaining the bank's IT Infrastructure, the communications LAN and WAN and supporting the local applications such as the loan origination systems.
Micro Support Group engineers and consultants also work closely with the security officer helping to maintain the integrity of the network and implement the recommendations of the internal auditor and the various regulatory agencies.
Finally, we assist in the development and testing of our banking clients' disaster and contingency plans. We provide storage for some of our banking client's software licenses, application media, and their contingency plans so in the event of an emergency MSG engineers can easily locate everything necessary to rebuild the failed network components. Also, in the event of a local disaster, where our client loses access to their facility, MSG serves as a "hot" site alternative business location.
